Specialty rolls include the Spicy Hotate, Masutoro and A5 Wagyu, according to its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.handiesdouzo.com\/menu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">online menu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The bar also serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages like its dry, yet earthy Onikoroshi Demon Slayer sake and vibrant Melon Cream Soda.<\/p>\n<p>Upon ordering in-person, guests are able to watch the preparation and creation of their meal in an interactive counter experience that highlights the meticulous artistry of hand roll making, officials said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meet the team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Handies Douzo is one of seven chef-driven concepts brought to fruition by restaurant group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.duckstache.com\/about\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Duckstache Hospitality<\/a>, which seeks to reinvent traditional Japanese cuisine through innovative culinary techniques, design-forward spaces and modern aesthetics, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>The group was established in 2019 by co-founder chefs Daniel Lee and Patrick Pham, along with their business partner and CFO C.J. Short.
