Hilaria Baldwin<\/a> has opened up about her diet and fitness routine, weeks after she\u00a0left fans in awe as she showed off her incredibly toned figure in a bikini.<\/p>\n

Mom-of-seven Hilaria, 42, revealed how she achieves her enviable physique during a recent chat with Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She explained that her key to staying fit is cardio, telling the publication that she runs for 30 minutes ‘every day.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I run every day \u2026 I found being a mom, if I can get 30 minutes of my cardio [in], it helps my mind,’ she said.<\/p>\n

‘It gets me a little bit more regulated with my nervous system, so I really like that.’<\/p>\n

She said she\u00a0also loves doing yoga and ‘any kind of barre classes,’ with Physique 57 being her favorite.<\/p>\n

In addition, she explained that she tries to squeeze in little at-home workouts whenever she can.<\/p>\n

Last month, Hilaria\u00a0posted a video of herself performing various glute exercises in the bathroom of her and husband Alec Baldwin’s $21 million New York mansion to Instagram.<\/p>\n

‘[I also do] my little bathroom workouts or just like [any] stop-and-drop little workout,’ Hilaria continued to Fox.<\/p>\n

As for her diet, she said it’s all about ‘balance,’ but confessed that she likes to treat herself with things like ice cream and pizza.<\/p>\n

‘[My diet isn’t] always the same. I think people think that I just eat salad all the time, which I\u2019ve definitely done in the past,’ she shared.<\/p>\n

‘But the other day we opened up pints of ice cream, two different pints of ice cream at 9 pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘So, sometimes it looks like that. Eat good things and then enjoy. Have the slice of pizza once in a while. Have the ice cream. I think it\u2019s just a bit of a balance.’<\/p>\n

When asked if her husband, 68, ever worked out with her, Hilaria told the publication with a laugh: ‘[He] can’t touch his toes. I literally married the most inflexible person I have ever met.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

During the course of their marriage, Hilaria and Alec have welcomed three daughters and four sons.<\/p>\n

Their brood consists of: Carmen Gabriela, 12, Rafael Thomas, 11, Leonardo Angel, nine, Romeo Alejandro, eight, Eduardo Pau, five, Maria Lucia, five, and Ilaria Catalina, three.<\/p>\n

The couple’s second youngest child, Maria Lucia, was born via surrogate in February 2021.<\/p>\n

Alec is also father to daughter Ireland, 30, from his past marriage to Kim Basinger.<\/p>\n

As for her secret to her long-lasting marriage, Hilaria explained that it comes down to ‘both wanting to be there.’<\/p>\n

‘Whenever my friends come to me and they\u2019re, like, in a new relationship, or they\u2019re having a bump in [their relationship], I say, “If both people don\u2019t really want to be there through your difficult moments, through your best moments, then it\u2019s just not going to probably work out,”‘ she said.<\/p>\n

‘Both Alec and I, through our ups and our downs and our sideways, we\u2019ve wanted to be there.
