His arrival advances the firm\u2019s continued investment in the consumer markets sector, as he will help clients protect their brands through complex\u00a0 litigation<\/a> \u00a0and related\u00a0 intellectual property<\/a> \u00a0matters.<\/p>\n

Jason joins from Crowell & Moring, where he served as Managing Partner of its Chicago office. He brings decades of experience representing companies in\u00a0 class actions<\/a> \u00a0and\u00a0 disputes<\/a> \u00a0involving consumer fraud, product labeling, unfair competition claims, restrictive covenants,\u00a0 trade secrets<\/a> \u00a0and the Lanham Act. He has obtained and defended injunctions nationwide and has taken numerous cases through trial and appeal.<\/p>\n
