A New Jersey State Police detective fatally shot a man Tuesday afternoon during an investigation in Camden County, investigators said.<\/p>\n
He and another state police detective, both of whom are assigned to the United States Marshals Service NY\/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force, were conducting an investigation involving a man when they found him on Haddon Avenue in the West Berlin section of Berlin Township, according to a statement from the New Jersey Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
One of the detectives fired his gun, striking the man, the office said.
