The league\u2019s top-8 teams heading to the playoffs are already determined.<\/p>\n<p style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"sqsrte-large\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\">The Storm will be joined by the Connecticut Sun, Toronto Tempo, Phoenix Mercury, Los Angeles Sparks, Chicago Sky and Portland Fire \u2014 all of whom are eliminated from postseason contention. The Washington Mystics hold the Sky\u2019s first-round pick, however, and benefit from the more games Chicago loses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"sqsrte-large\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\">Even though they have the worst record in the league this season, the Storm are essentially stuck with the fourth-highest odds for the No. 1 overall pick.
