According to SAPD, a woman was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes when her car crashed with a man\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency crews found the woman dead inside her vehicle. The other driver was alert following the crash but suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
