{"id":1047651,"date":"2026-09-06T21:46:28","date_gmt":"2026-09-06T21:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/1047651\/"},"modified":"2026-09-06T21:46:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-06T21:46:28","slug":"nightly-ramp-closures-scheduled-for-i-95-and-mlk-jr-parkway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/1047651\/","title":{"rendered":"Nightly ramp closures scheduled for I-95 and MLK Jr. Parkway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 Overnight ramp closures are scheduled Tuesday through Friday next week at the Interstate 95 and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway interchange as crews demolish a pedestrian bridge and perform other construction work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">The closures, part of the MLK Jr. Parkway and I-95 interchange improvements project, will run nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sept. 8 through Sept. 11. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">Not all ramp closures will happen at the same time, according to project officials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">Five ramps will be affected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The I-95 North ramp to eastbound MLK Jr. Parkway (Exit 354A) will close nightly. Drivers should continue north on I-95 to Golfair Boulevard, then travel south to Main Street to reach eastbound MLK Jr. Parkway.<\/li>\n<li>The I-95 South ramp to westbound MLK Jr. Parkway (Exit 354B) will close nightly. Drivers should take Exit 354A to eastbound MLK Jr. Parkway, then use the Boulevard Street ramp to reach westbound MLK Jr. Parkway.<\/li>\n<li>The ramp from westbound MLK Jr. Parkway to I-95 North will close nightly. Drivers should continue west on MLK Jr. Parkway to I-95 South, then take the 8th Street West exit to reach I-95 North.<\/li>\n<li>The I-95 North ramp to westbound MLK Jr. Parkway (Exit 354B) will close nightly. Drivers should continue north on I-95 to Golfair Boulevard, then travel to I-95 South to reach westbound MLK Jr. Parkway.<\/li>\n<li>The Boulevard Street ramp to westbound MLK Jr. Parkway will close nightly.
