{"id":104919,"date":"2025-07-30T13:38:16","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T13:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/104919\/"},"modified":"2025-07-30T13:38:16","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T13:38:16","slug":"jacksonville-jaguars-all-time-team-vote-on-offensive-tackle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/104919\/","title":{"rendered":"Jacksonville Jaguars All-Time Team: Vote on Offensive Tackle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"R4MWIS\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigcatcountry.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> are preparing for their 31st season as an NFL franchise. <\/p>\n<p id=\"RJar1w\">To commemorate their history \u2014 and to provide content during the dry part of the offseason \u2014 we\u2019d like your help in naming the team\u2019s greatest players at every position.<\/p>\n<p id=\"gGwDlq\">Here are the nominees for Jacksonville\u2019s All-Time Left Tackle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tony Boselli (1995-01)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"   alt=\"Jacksonville Jaguars v Pittsburgh Steelers\" loading=\"lazy\" data-upload-width=\"3000\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2820\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2219135260.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>        Photo by George Gojkovich\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p id=\"5bKKUZ\">Stats: 97 games played, 96 games started, 74 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/about\/approximate_value.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Approximate Value<\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"nEERks\">Bio: The Jaguars\u2019 first-ever draft pick, Boselli was selected second overall in 1995 and quickly became the face of the franchise. He anchored Jacksonville\u2019s offensive line through its successful early seasons, earning five Pro Bowl and three First-Team All-Pro recognitions in the process. Injuries shortened Boselli\u2019s career to just seven seasons, but his dominant peak earned him enshrinement in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and a spot as the first inductee into the Pride of the Jaguars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eugene Monroe (2009-13)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"   alt=\"Jacksonville Jaguars v Buffalo Bills\" loading=\"lazy\" data-upload-width=\"2872\" width=\"2872\" height=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/105296674.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>        Photo by Rick Stewart\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p id=\"mfzOm2\">Stats: 65 games played, 62 games started, 25 Approximate Value<\/p>\n<p id=\"L8wwdz\">Bio: Drafted eighth overall in 2009, Monroe immediately started at left tackle and brought consistency to a position in flux. He started 62 games across five seasons in Jacksonville before being traded to Baltimore in 2013. While not a Pro Bowler, Monroe was a reliable pass protector who played a key role during a transitional period for the franchise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cam Robinson (2017-24)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"   alt=\"Jacksonville Jaguars v Pittsburgh Steelers\" loading=\"lazy\" data-upload-width=\"3000\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2273\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/1788279242.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>        Photo by Joe Sargent\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p id=\"BamTo0\">Stats: 94 games played, 94 games started, 41 Approximate Value<\/p>\n<p id=\"gTJhpy\">Bio: A second-round pick in 2017, Robinson stepped in as the Jaguars\u2019 starting left tackle from Day 1. He helped lead the way during the team\u2019s 2017 playoff run and remained a fixture on the line through multiple coaching regimes. Durability and penalties were occasional concerns, but Robinson brought toughness and experience to Jacksonville\u2019s trenches for nearly a decade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Khalif Barnes (2005-08)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"   alt=\"Indianapolis Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars - December 11, 2005\" loading=\"lazy\" data-upload-width=\"3000\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/82904168.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>        Photo by Al Messerschmidt\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p id=\"4c3XKA\">Stats: 63 games played, 60 games started, 34 Approximate Value<\/p>\n<p id=\"Nf1lcx\">Bio: Selected in the second round of the 2005 draft, Barnes started 60 games over four seasons, with all but 3 games at left tackle. His best stretch came during the Jaguars\u2019 2007 playoff campaign when he helped pave the way for one of the NFL\u2019s top rushing attacks. He started every game during the team\u2019s four-year playoff run from 1996 to 1999 and was a key cog in one of the NFL\u2019s most balanced offenses. He started at both guard and tackle during his career and was a mainstay during the team\u2019s mid-2000s resurgence. Though penalties and inconsistency plagued his early years, he put together a strong 2022 campaign that earned him a lucrative free-agent deal with the Chiefs. Taylor\u2019s 66 straight starts in the regular season rank among the longest streaks for a Jaguars offensive lineman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jermey Parnell (2015-18)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"   alt=\"NFL: NOV 18 Steelers at Jaguars\" loading=\"lazy\" data-upload-width=\"4500\" width=\"4500\" height=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/1063761514.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>        Photo by Roy K. He was a key part of the dominant run game that powered the 2017 AFC Championship run.
