\n\tNorth West<\/a> took the stage in Chicago for her first solo show with her parents in the crowd showing their support.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Saturday (Sept. 5), the 13-year-old rapper headlined at The Vic Theatre in Chicago\u2019s Lakeview neighborhood, with Ye<\/a> and Kim Kardashian<\/a> watching proudly from opposite sides of the audience.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe performance came about a month after North\u2019s debut headlining tour with rapper Molly Santana was canceled<\/a>. The 14-date North American Molly x North Kimokawaii tour was originally scheduled to launch Aug. 5.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn fan-captured footage from the Chicago concert, Kardashian and Ye (formerly Kanye West) were seen arriving separately. The SKIMS founder took a seat in the VIP section<\/a>, while the superstar rapper filmed his daughter\u2019s performance<\/a> from a balcony section.<\/p>\n

\n\tWest, a Chicago native, nodded along to the music while the Kardashians star cheered on their daughter. Both shared footage from the theater on their respective Instagram Stories. \u201cSO PROUD,\u201d Ye captioned a video<\/a> from the performance.<\/p>\n

\n\tNorth also shared a variety of clips from the concert and thanked her fans for their support.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cMy first solo headlining show ily guys so much for showing love seriously means the word to me,\u201d she wrote on her Instagram Stories<\/a>. \u201cThis is what I\u2019m meant to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tNorth\u2019s debut headlining show was in support of her debut EP, N0rth4evr, which dropped in early May. She previously tested the waters in music, making waves with appearances on Ye and Ty Dolla $ign\u2019s Vultures and FKA twigs\u2019 EUSEXUA album. The young rapper-producer released her \u201cPiercing on My Hand\u201d single in February and also made an appearance at Ye\u2019s SoFi Stadium shows in Los Angeles in April.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier in the week, Ye was in Chicago for a two-night homecoming at Soldier Field on Sept. 3-4. During the shows, he brought out numerous guests<\/a> and touched on every era of his career<\/a>, from The College Dropout through 2026\u2019s Bully.<\/p>\n
