And it certainly was when Neiman Marcus pulled out the stops for a midday f\u00eate promoting the soon-to-be-here PaperCity Philanthropy in Fashion Houston Best Dressed luncheon, set for next Tuesday, September 15 at the swanky Post Oak Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Champagne flowed and air kisses swirled as Neiman\u2019s honored\u00a0 those who have graced the Houston Best Dressed ranks for three times and saluted the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.papercitymag.com\/society\/houston-best-dressed-2026-reveal-philanthrophy-fashion-neiman-marcus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> 2026 honorees,<\/a> who will be presented at next week\u2019s luncheon benefiting March of Dimes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"2400\" class=\"size-full wp-image-752629 img-responsive \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/NM.-Hall-of-Fame.159.jpg.webp\" alt=\"Rosemary Schatzman\"  \/>PaperCity Philanthropy in Fashion Houston Best Dressed luncheon chair Rosemary Schatzman takes the mic at the Best Dressed Hall of Fame luncheon hosted by Neiman Marcus. (Photo by Priscilla Dickson)<\/p>\n<p>Think Oscar de la Renta, plenty of Chanel, the occasional Valentino, and Best Dressed luncheon chair <strong>Rosemary Schatzman<\/strong> rocking the scene in a fab, fitted dress from Louis Vuitton.<\/p>\n<p>Galleria Neiman Marcus vice president and general manager <strong>Kathy Leigh<\/strong> and Neiman\u2019s Houston brand experience manager <strong>Heather Almond <\/strong>hosted the f\u00eate that featured luncheon food from the department store\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.papercitymag.com\/restaurants\/mariposa-restaurant-reopens-houstons-neiman-marcus-galleria-mall\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mariposa<\/a> cafe, centerpieces from <a href=\"https:\/\/lexisflorist.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lexis Florist<\/a>, and informal modeling of designer pieces and amazing jewelry from Italian house <a href=\"https:\/\/www.picchiotti.it\/en\/negozio\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Picchiotti<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2400\" height=\"1600\" class=\"size-full wp-image-752612 img-responsive \" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/NM.-Hall-of-Fame.31.jpg.webp\" alt=\"Shelby Hodge, Jen Torres, Kemah Blair, Heather Almond, Kathy Leigh\"  \/>Shelby Hodge, Jen Torres, Kemah Blair, Heather Almond, Kathy Leigh at the Best Dressed Hall of Fame luncheon at Neiman Marcus. (Photo by Priscilla Dickson)<\/p>\n<p>While models paraded around in selections from Balmain, Oscar de la Renta, Lela Rose, Lafayette 148 and Adam Lippes, they dazzled in the Picchiotti jewels, the brand noted for\u00a0 noted for its Xpandable technology, which allows bracelets and rings to expand and contract up to two and a half sizes.<\/p>\n<p>Rubies and diamonds and sapphires, oh my.<\/p>\n<p>Key to the gathering were March of Dimes senior executive director <strong>Jen Torres<\/strong> and director of donor development<strong> Kemah Blair <\/strong>as well as\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/exclusiveresorts.com\/management\/rachel-regan\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rachel Regan<\/strong><\/a>, who heads the big board and raffle committee. Add <strong>Mario Gudmundsson<\/strong>, a client advisor in Neiman\u2019s Precious Jewelry department.<\/p>\n<p>The following night, Baccarat in River Oaks District hosted \u201cEvening of Elegance\u201d in support of March of Dimes and Schatzman. Champagne was served in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baccarat.com\/en_us\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Baccarat<\/a> crystal flutes while attendees perused the exceptional crystal pieces on display.
