She wore a black bikini top and pink pants, looking adorable. Jordana also posted a beach selfie of herself and her husband, where she wore a sparkly black bikini. How did Jordana Brewster get her amazing beach body? Here are 5 of her secrets.<\/p>\n<p>In her Instagram video, Jordana is seen doing side crunches, which work your core muscles. Having a strong core is very important. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/fitness\/in-depth\/core-exercises\/art-20044751\" target=\"_blank\">The Mayo Clinic<\/a> reports, \u201cCore exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you\u2019re on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to her fitness routine, Jordana likes a lot of variety. She shared some of her go-to workouts in an interview with <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newbeauty.com\/jordana-brewster-shares-her-fast-and-furious-fitness-secrets\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Beauty<\/a>. \u201cI like interval training on the treadmill,\u201d Jordana says. \u201cSide shuffles, walking at a fast pace on an incline and running. I also do strength training three times a week with my trainer Harley Pasternak. I\u2019ve also noticed the benefits and necessity of slowing down and learned Vedic meditation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordana is one of trainer, Harley Pasternaak\u2019s celebrity clients. Like most of his clients, she follows his famous \u201c5 Factor Diet\u201d to help her eat healthy. \u201cI follow the 5 Factor diet, which contains a mix of healthy fat, protein and fiber in each meal,\u201d she said in her New Beauty interview. \u201cI also eat every three to five hours so I\u2019m never famished. It\u2019s easy to stay satisfied because I\u2019m not depriving myself of my favorite food: carbs!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordana loves spending time outside. \u201cI love the sun,\u201d she said in a different <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newbeauty.com\/jordana-brewster-beauty-wellness-routine-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Beauty interview<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m Brazilian and a sun-worshipper. Being out in nature\u2014preferably on the beach\u2014makes me happy. I use Augustinus Bader products and EltaMD for my SPF. I also love Barbara Sturm serums.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordana has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells New Beauty that she likes using ice water on her face. \u201cI wouldn\u2019t say I do anything \u2018out there\u2019 for wellness\u2014I\u2019m pretty mainstream and I like science-backed methods.
