Police are seeking help from the public to identify a gunman who, officials said, shot a man in the shoulder at a West Philly convenience store<\/a> on Aug. 31, 1016. <\/p>\n

Officials shared surveillance video from the incident on social media on Wednesday. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

According to police, a 65-year-old man was shot in the shoulder during this incident, that happened at about 12:08 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, at Munchies Quick Stop along the 5900 block of Haverford Avenue in West Philadelphia.<\/p>\n

The victim, officials said, was hospitalized in stable condition. <\/p>\n

Police are seeking help to identify the man seen in the footage as he leaned into a door, raised a firearm in his clenched fist and fired off one round into the shop. <\/p>\n
