Fatal motorcycle crash on Collins Road (WJXT)<\/p>\n

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A motorcyclist died in a crash on Jacksonville\u2019s westside on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

A man in his 30s was riding a motorcycle west on Collins Road around 4 p.m. <\/p>\n

A woman in an SUV pulled into the motorcycle\u2019s path as she made a left turn on Collins Road near Stelling Drive to leave a subdivision.<\/p>\n

The motorcyclist crashed into the SUV\u2019s driver\u2019s side, causing it to flip over.<\/p>\n

The man died at the scene. The driver was taken to the hospital. Her condition is unknown.<\/p>\n

This accident marks the 90th traffic fatality in Duval County and the 22nd incident involving a motorcyclist.<\/p>\n
