Cash Warren<\/strong> is giving his honest opinion.<\/p>\n

After his ex Jessica Alba<\/strong><\/a> seemingly confirmed her romance<\/a> with Danny Ramirez <\/strong>during a PDA-filled outing, the producer shared how he really feels about the relationship.<\/p>\n

“I’m happy for her,” Cash said in a video published by TMZ<\/a> July 30. “<\/strong>I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”<\/p>\n

And as for whether he has someone new in his life since Jessica officially filed for divorce<\/a> in February? The 46-year-old is flying solo for now, quipping, “But let me know if you got anybody.”<\/p>\n

Cash and Jessica, 44, first announced their separation after 16 years of marriage back in January, sharing that their kids Honor<\/strong>, 16, Haven<\/strong>, 13, and Hayes<\/strong>, 7, would remain their “highest priority” amid the split.<\/p>\n

“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years,” the Honey actress wrote in a Jan. 16 Instagram post<\/a>, “and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”<\/p>\n

Six months later, multiple outlets reported that Jessica had begun a new romance with Danny<\/a>, 32, with whom she was spotted returning from Canc\u00fan to Los Angeles after a tropical getaway.<\/p>\n

And while The Honest Company founder may be embarking on a new love story with the Top Gun: Maverick actor, she and Cash have stayed a united front when it comes to coparenting their children.<\/p>\n

In fact, Jessica recently detailed how lucky she is<\/a> to have the Made in America producer by her side in her motherhood journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur babies couldn\u2019t have a better dad\u2014Warm. Kind. Present. Always knowing just what to say,\u201d she wrote of Cash on her Instagram Stories<\/a> June 15 in honor of Father’s Day. \u201cI admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation.”<\/p>\n

She added, “Thank you for being their rock.\u201d<\/p>\n
