PHOENIX \u2014 The project to build Goodyear\u2019s biggest industrial site, Goodyear AirPark, is moving forward after the completion of its first stage of construction.<\/p>\n

Real estate firm Lincoln Property Company and Scottsdale-based Harvard Investments explained that the completion of phase one is a six-building Class A industrial project that amounts to 1.6 million square feet. It is designed to meet Phoenix\u2019s increasing demand for mid- to large-scale industrial space.<\/p>\n

The companies have also started development on the retail portion of Goodyear AirPark, Estrella Gateway. At completion the retail section will span 63 acres and have up to 15 pads to accommodate full-service retail tenants.<\/p>\n

QuikTrip will be the first retailer to have construction begin at Estrella Gateway. It will be located on approximately five acres at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and State Route MC 85. Construction is expected to begin in late 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cGoodyear AirPark delivers at a time when Goodyear is advancing on all fronts as a true live-work-play community,\u201d Lincoln Senior Executive Vice President David Krumwiede said in a press release. \u201cThis project adds a strong industrial base and a unique retail offering to that growth, making Goodyear attractive to the major employers and industries that create long-term stability.\u201d<\/p>\n

Details on Goodyear AirPark Phase 1<\/p>\n

Phase one of the project is located within the 565-acre Goodyear AirPark<\/a> master plan, which is expected to be around 7 million square feet spread out between up to 20 buildings.<\/p>\n

The six buildings delivered in phase one range in size from 81,000 to 775,000 square feet and each building features 40-foot clear height, a total of 327 dock-high and 28 drive-in doors, private truck courts and an abundance of car and trailer parking in a secured lot.<\/p>\n

It was also delivered with full utilities infrastructure and zoning for industrial and commercial use.<\/p>\n

\u201cGoodyear AirPark adds critical industrial inventory to one of the Valley\u2019s fastest-growing submarkets,\u201d Lincoln Executive Vice President John Orsak said. \u201cIts divisibility to 20,000 square feet and expansive connectivity support logistics, advanced manufacturing and semiconductor uses of all types and sizes, as well as data centers \u2014 a market sector in which Phoenix ranks as a U.S. leader.\u201d<\/p>\n

The airpark is located between the Estrella Mountain Ranch master-planned community, Phoenix-Goodyear Airport and Goodyear Civic Square. It is also adjacent to the future Tres Rios Freeway, also known as State Route 30<\/a>.<\/p>\n
