F trains were being rerouted and delays were reported elsewhere. MTA officials said that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnewyork.com\/manhattan\/subway-delays-power-outage-mta-washington-square\/6351787\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">outage impacted signals, primarily at three stations <\/a>\u2014 Spring Street C\/E, West 4th St-Washington Sq and Broadway Lafayette.
