\n\tParamount+\u2019s hit dramedy Tulsa King<\/a> has a return date. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe third season of the Sylvester Stallone<\/a> series will premiere on Sept. 21. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition, the streamer has released the first description of the new episodes: \u201cAs Dwight\u2019s empire expands, so do his enemies \u2014 and the risks to his crew. Now, he faces his most dangerous adversaries in Tulsa yet: the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn\u2019t play by old-world rules, forcing Dwight to fight for everything he\u2019s built and protect his family.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tThe new season of the Taylor Sheridan<\/a>-produced series will also introduce Samuel L. Jackson\u2019s character<\/a> \u2014 Russell Lee Washington Jr. \u2014 who is going to topline a spinoff of the series titled NOLA King<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Season three also stars Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike \u201cCash Flo\u201d Walden, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, James Russo, with Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tHere\u2019s the official description of the spinoff, which will premiere next year: \u201cNOLA King<\/a>\u00a0follows Russell Lee Washington Jr. (Jackson) who, after befriending Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone) during a 10-year stint in federal prison, is sent to Tulsa by New York\u2019s Renzetti crime family to take Dwight out once and for all. Inspired by what Dwight created in Tulsa and impressed with the possibilities of second chances, Washington returns to New Orleans, the home he abandoned 40 years ago, to rekindle his relationship with his family, friends, and to take control of the city he left behind. In so doing, he incurs the wrath of his former employers in New York, and makes himself vulnerable to old NOLA foes, both criminal and cop.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTulsa King is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios and executive produced by Sheridan, Stallone, Dave Erickson, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Jim McKay, Sheri Elwood, Ildy Modrovich and Keith Cox.
