The incident occurred at Handee Hugo on Western Blvd. on Saturday, July 26, around 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities believe the individual or vehicle may be connected to the crime or possess information pertinent to the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who can identify the individual is urged to contact JPD Detective A. Wilson at 910-938-6520 or via email at wilsona@jacksonvillenc.gov. Alternatively, tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 910-938-3273.
