Blake Lively is being deposed<\/a> at her lawyer\u2019s office in New York City Thursday for her ongoing \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d legal battle<\/a> \u2014 and a surprise guest is reportedly in the room.<\/p>\n

TMZ reported <\/a>that Justin Baldoni was present for the contentious face-off.<\/p>\n

Ahead of Thursday, the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum\u2019s lawyers fought her former co-star\u2019s lawyers over where the deposition would take place<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She requested to have the sit-down held on her turf, at her lawyers\u2019 offices, in order to avoid pap shots.<\/p>\n

However, the Wayfarer Studios co-founder\u2019s counsel argued that Lively being deposed at her lawyers\u2019 firm could put them at a disadvantage, as they\u2019d need their own space to confer in private.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlthough Lively\u2019s foot-stomping and use of her celebrity status may have enabled her to seize control of the film, which is the crux of this dispute, her counsel\u2019s tantrum has no place in this Court,\u201d they hit back.<\/p>\n

Lively has always been open to testifying<\/a> on the stand to further back her claims that Baldoni, 41, sexually harassed her<\/a> on set of their 2024 movie and launched a smear campaign<\/a> to \u201cdestroy\u201d her reputation.<\/p>\n

The \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d actress is being deposed on sexual harassment allegations she made about Baldoni. GC Images<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cWe expect that to be the case here [with Lively]. So we would, of course, expect her to be a witness at her trial. Of course she\u2019s going to testify.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the \u201cAnother Simple Favor\u201d star apparently became concerned her deposition would become a \u201cpublic spectacle\u201d after Baldoni\u2019s lead attorney, Bryan Freedman, made a shocking suggestion about it.<\/p>\n

Lively\u2019s lawyers have said the actress has always been open to testifying, calling it the \u201cultimate moment\u201d for her story to be told. GC Images<\/p>\n

\u201cSince Ms. Lively is open to testifying, let\u2019s make it count. Hold the deposition at MSG, sell tickets or stream it, and donate every dollar to organizations helping victims of domestic abuse,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, the judge in the case sided with Lively<\/a> earlier this week, ruling that her request to choose her own deposition location had been granted. <\/p>\n

As for Baldoni\u2019s lawyers\u2019 concerns, the judge noted via court docs Page Six obtained, \u201cLively will make arrangements for opposing counsel to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents in the space chosen by Lively.\u201d<\/p>\n

Freedman and his team\u2019s goal is to prove that Lively\u2019s allegations about their famous client are false.<\/p>\n

They have already released a website with private texts<\/a> between the former co-stars and raw video footage <\/a>from the set of \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d in an effort to disprove her allegations. <\/p>\n

However, Lively has maintained that the evidence leaked only further \u201ccorroborates\u201d her claims<\/a>, and that she is not alone in her beliefs, as Baldoni allegedly made several other women \u201cuncomfortable\u201d<\/a> on set.<\/p>\n

Aside from sexual harassment, Lively is also suing Baldoni for allegedly launching a smear campaign against her. GC Images<\/p>\n

The Wayfarer Studios co-founder has denied all wrongdoing. GC Images<\/p>\n

The \u201cJane the Virgin\u201d alum has adamantly denied Lively\u2019s allegations, and even filed a $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit <\/a>against her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, in response.<\/p>\n

However, the judge tossed out that suit<\/a> in June, citing that any statements Lively had made in her California Civil Rights Department were \u201cprivileged\u201d and therefore she could not be sued over them.<\/p>\n
