\n\tBrandy and Monica have announced<\/a> their first-ever co-headlining \u201cThe Boy Is Mine\u201d tour featuring special guests Kelly Rowland, Muni Long and \u201cAmerican Idol\u201d winner Jamal Roberts.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe R&B titans will hit the road for a 24-city arena tour kicking off in Cincinnati on Oct. 16. Stops on the tour include Atlanta, Los Angeles and Brooklyn, before heading down to Houston for the final show on Dec. 7.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Boy Is Mine\u201d tour is, of course, named after their iconic 1998 hit that spent a record-breaking 13 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Though they\u2019ve had tension over the years, they\u2019ve collaborated several times since then, including on 2012\u2019s \u201cIt All Belongs to Me\u201d and last year for Ariana Grande\u2019s \u201cThe Boy Is Mine (Remix),\u201d which earned them a Grammy nomination for best pop duo\/group performance.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis really is a full-circle moment,\u201d says Brandy<\/a> in a statement. \u201cMonica<\/a> and I coming together again isn\u2019t just about the music\u2014it\u2019s about honoring where we came from and how far we\u2019ve both come. \u2018The Boy Is Mine\u2019 was a defining chapter in R&B, and to share the stage all these years later is bigger than a reunion\u2014it\u2019s a celebration of growth, sisterhood, and the love our fans have given us from day one.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tMonica adds, \u201cThe love that \u2018The Boy Is Mine\u2019 continues to receive means everything to me. This tour is a celebration of our history, our impact, and the fans who have grown with us. Brandy and I have been on our own unique journeys, and coming back together in this way is a reminder of the power of respect, strength, and real music. We\u2019re giving the people what they\u2019ve been asking for, and doing it with grace, love, and purpose. God\u2019s timing perfectly aligned us.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPresale for \u201cThe Boy Is Mine\u201d tour starts on June 26 from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. General tickets go on sale June 27 at 10 a.m. local time.<\/p>\n
