Sydney and Sully recently enjoyed a boat day together, and she shared a video on her page. In it, she wore a black bikini as Sully snuggled in her lap. Sydney captioned the post, \u201cSully update.\u201d Here are 5 of Sydney Sweeney\u2019s wellness secrets.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see from her Instagram post, Sydney loves spending time on the water. She likes to go slalom water skiing. \u201cThe moment I could walk, my mom put me on what\u2019s called a U-board to learn how to ski,\u201d Sydney says to <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/fitness\/a45847904\/sydney-sweeney-exercise-workout-routine\/\" target=\"_blank\">Women\u2019s Health<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It\u2019s my favorite\u2026You get tired really fast. I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another thing that Sydney does to keep herself in shape is MMA train. She talked about how she got into it with Women\u2019s Health. \u201cI really wanted to find something that was as physically challenging as everything [back home],\u201d she says. \u201cSome of my guy friends were MMA training, and they were doing grappling, and I was like, \u2018This is so cool.\u2019 I tried it out, and I was like, \u2018Oh my God, I love this.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One thing Sydney loves about going to her dojo is spending time with her trainers and friends who go. \u201cIt\u2019s a sisterhood and a brotherhood amongst the fighters and the trainers,\u201d Sydney explains to Women\u2019s Health. \u201cIt\u2019s such a beautiful community of people who have each other\u2019s backs, and you learn discipline and you learn respect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sydney loves to do Pilates and Pilates-esque workouts. She revealed to Women\u2019s Health that she goes to Solidcore classes. \u201cWhen I say it\u2019s one of the greatest workouts you could do,\u201d Sydney says. \u201cIt\u2019s so challenging. It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sydney has amazing skin, and many people wonder what her secrets are. In an interview with <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nylon.com\/beauty\/sydney-sweeney-nighttime-skin-care-routine-wellness-laneige\" target=\"_blank\">Nylon Magazine<\/a>, she revealed that she uses a lot of sleeping masks on her face, before going to bed. \u201cI\u2019ll put the [Laneige] Water Sleeping Mask on, but lately, I\u2019ve been using the new Bouncy &amp; Firm Sleeping Mask, which has been unbelievable.
