The duo made their way around North America starting in April, hitting Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, and Philadelphia, among other cities. In July, they began the international leg of the tour, performing in Germany, France, England, and more. Later this year, Kendrick is expected to bring the tour to Australia with shows in Sydney and Melbourne. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-lora text-dark-grey !leading-[1.9125rem] break-words text-[17px] lg:text-lg\">Joining him will be none other than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnewhiphop.com\/profile\/schoolboyq\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">ScHoolboy Q<\/a>, per <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/HipHopAllDayy\/status\/1951071041360371736\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\">Hip Hop All Day<\/a> on X. The two rappers have been close for years. During an appearance on the BACKONFIGG\u00a0podcast back in 2023, ScHoolboy Q even credited the Grammy-winner with saving his life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-lora text-dark-grey !leading-[1.9125rem] break-words text-[17px] lg:text-lg\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnewhiphop.com\/709573-schoolboy-q-reflects-kendrick-lamar-relationship\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\">\u201cDot taught me so much,<\/a> bro. Dot\u2026 Dot gave me\u2026 Dot gave me so much confidence. Dot made me a rapper. This sh*t make me want to cry right now,&#8221; he said at the time. &#8220;Dot saved my life.&#8221; Their shows in Melbourne and Sydney will take place on December 3 and December 10, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Kendrick Lamar Tour<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-lora text-dark-grey !leading-[1.9125rem] break-words text-[17px] lg:text-lg\">The &#8220;Grand National&#8221; tour has already made a splash, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnewhiphop.com\/916655-kendrick-lamar-grand-national-tour-sza-records-milestones\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\">breaking multiple records within just a few months.<\/a> Kendrick and SZA&#8217;s opening show in Minneapolis, for example, grossed a whopping $9.124 million and sold 47,354 tickets. This made the &#8220;Not Like Us&#8221; artist the first rapper to gross over $9 million in one show, surpassing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnewhiphop.com\/profile\/eminem\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Eminem<\/a>&#8216;s previously held record of $8.7 million. It was also their most-attended show of all time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-lora text-dark-grey !leading-[1.9125rem] break-words text-[17px] lg:text-lg\">Shortly after this, they moved onto dates in Texas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotnewhiphop.com\/924195-kendrick-lamar-sza-break-record-grand-national-tour-hip-hop-news\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"font-semibold hover:text-accent-color border-b-2 border-accent-color\">smashing their own record in Houston<\/a> by raking in a staggering $9.4 million. They broke their record yet again in Dallas just days later, grossing over $11.822 million.
