Their bold action exposed deep inequities in the public school system and sparked a movement for educational justice.<\/p>\n<p>Now, a new documentary titled \u201cThe Walkout\u201d brings this pivotal moment in local history to the screen.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re joined by documentary producer Katie Best-Richmond and Rebecca Felan, a walkout participant and lifelong educator.
