Kyle Mazza\/Shutterstock<\/p>\n<p>The man\u2019s husband claimed to cops that he had fallen asleep after their domestic clash, and woke up around 4 a.m. to find his beau lifeless on the toilet, according to sources.<\/p>\n<p>EMS workers pronounced the man dead, and his husband was taken into custody.
