A truck driver has been charged with dangerous driving after a three-vehicle crash left a man dead in rural NSW.<\/p>\n
Emergency services were called to a crash between two trucks and a SUV on the Sturt Highway in Tarcutta, near Wagga Wagga, just before midnight.<\/p>\n
A 70-year-old man driving the SUV was found trapped and died at the scene.<\/p>\n
The two truck drivers, a 25-year-old man and 31-year-old man, were taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital for mandatory testing.<\/p>\n
Police declared a crime scene and began an investigation.<\/p>\n
By 7.45pm the same day, the 25-year-old was arrested and charged with \ufeffdangerous driving occasioning death \u2013 driver manner dangerous and cause injury harm by misconduct, in charge of motor vehicle.<\/p>\n
