It may seem gimmicky but this iLevel<\/a>, designed by ID firm Cardboard Helicopter<\/a> for client Franklin Sensors, is brilliant. It’s a 12″ level that turns green when it’s perfectly level or plumb.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is not only easier to see than gauging the bubble\u2014particularly when you’re at an angle relative to the window\u2014but means you can see it from a distance.<\/p>\n

It’s also useful in low-light situations.<\/p>\n
