Timing looks to begin later this afternoon and continue into the late evening hours.<\/p>\n<p> Heavy rain possible  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/img_3416.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">Within any storm that we see this weekend, it could drop a lot of rain in a short amount of time. There is a 1 out of 4 risk for isolated street flooding across most of Southeast Texas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/img_3414.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">Stay weather-aware and remember to turn around, don\u2019t drown.<\/p>\n<p> Summer heat and humidity <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/img_3417.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">Hot and humid weather with the chance of isolated storms possible for the entirety of next week.<\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">\u00a0Stay hydrated and remember to take breaks inside the a\/c.<\/p>\n<p> No tropical systems with plenty of dust <\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">So far this hurricane season, Saharan dust has dominated across the central Atlantic, resulting in a lack of many strong tropical waves and a quiet pattern.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/img_3418.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">An area of low pressure is expected to form off the SE coast of the U.S. today.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-bd34935e=\"\">Slow development will be possible early next week as it moves into the Atlantic.
