Wizards and muggles alike can cast spells and fraternize with Hippogriffs, unicorns and Nifflers at the new, interactive Harry Potter experience coming to a Chicago suburb in early October.<\/p>\n

The Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience is making its midwestern debut on October 3 in the woodlands of Ingleside.<\/p>\n

The exhibit will be open at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday at YMCA Camp Duncan, 32405 North U.S. Highway 12 in Ingleside.<\/p>\n

Fans can experience iconic wizarding world moments first-hand on a trail through a spellbinding forest. Lights in the forest will illuminate at the wave of a wand, offering a truly magical experience.<\/p>\n

Magical creatures from the world of Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beats are scattered throughout the exhibit.<\/p>\n

The trail takes approximately 45 to 75 minutes to complete, according to the website<\/a>. <\/p>\n

A themed village where visitors can shop at the giftshop and enjoy food and drinks, including the iconic Butterbeer, sits at the end of the trail.<\/p>\n
