They were pretty interested in his whole look,\u201d Hayden says in the post. \u201cWe got out of it ok but it was a close call.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">the incident occurred while members of the Seattle-based hockey team were in Anchorage for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alaskasnewssource.com\/2025\/06\/28\/kraken-week-anchorage-concludes-with-community-skate\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.alaskasnewssource.com\/2025\/06\/28\/kraken-week-anchorage-concludes-with-community-skate\/\">\u2018Kraken Week\u2019<\/a> back in June. The event saw the club take part in a variety of community outreach events in the area. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The post added that neither bear nor troll were harmed in the encounter and that people should respect all wildlife in it\u2019s natural habitat. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The post also comes after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alaskasnewssource.com\/2025\/07\/26\/eagle-river-trail-partially-closed-after-saturday-bear-attack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.alaskasnewssource.com\/2025\/07\/26\/eagle-river-trail-partially-closed-after-saturday-bear-attack\/\">multiple bear attacks<\/a> have been reported in Southcentral. The latest came last week when an individual was taken to the hospital after being attacked by a brown bear in Eagle River. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">See a spelling or grammar error?
