The New York Times <\/p>\n<p class=\"g-text svelte-urmhfi\">A minor, 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck in New Jersey on Saturday, according to the United States Geological Survey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"g-text svelte-urmhfi\">The temblor happened at 10:18 p.m. Eastern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/08\/02\/nyregion\/earthquake-new-york-new-jersey.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">near Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., <\/a>data from the agency shows.<\/p>\n<p class=\"g-text svelte-urmhfi\">As seismologists review available data, they may revise the earthquake\u2019s reported magnitude.
