This is going to make me sound like Scrooge, but nostalgia will not fool me into thinking 20-year-later sequels to iconic movies need to happen. I am almost always against them (and remakes\u2014don\u2019t get me started on those), but there are rare exceptions, such as The Devil Wears Prada 2. I need to know what could possibly reunite Miranda Priestly<\/a> and Andrea Sachs<\/a>, and I am not complaining about all the sartorial and beauty inspiration<\/a> either. Anne Hathaway looks exactly like she did<\/a> in the (nearly 20 years ago) original, and it’s due, in part at least, to a slew of Shiseido products, including the Vital Perfection Intensive WrinkleSpot Treatment<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

Anne Hathaway is a Shiseido ambassador, and per the brand, she uses five products from the Vital Perfection line<\/a>: the Day Cream<\/a>, Express Eye Mask<\/a>, Eye Cream<\/a>, and Concentrated Supreme Cream<\/a>. I am most intrigued by the aforementioned wrinkle treatment<\/a>\u2014it\u2019s a concentrated fine line-reducing, age spot-fading with plenty of shopper fanfare.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

The first reason this caught my attention was that it\u2019s a targeted, as-needed treatment; you only apply it to the parts of your face that need this sort of attention. To me, that makes the $100 price tag tolerable, this little tube should last you a long time. That wouldn\u2019t mean a thing if the formula wasn\u2019t also \u201cgame-changing,\u201d per shoppers. Retinol<\/a>, potassium 4\u2010methoxysalicylate<\/a> (4MSK), the brand\u2019s proprietary Kurenai-TruLift Complex, and a combination of botanical extracts<\/a> give this crease-filling, brightening, hyperpigmentation-fading, and firming benefits.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

One shopper called it a \u201cmiracle wrinkle treatment\u201d because of the \u201cvisible improvement\u2026on [their] crow\u2019s feet and nasolabial folds.\u201d Another shopper said they saw results quickly, \u201cmy skin is definitely smoother and brighter.\u201d Lastly, one shopper said it \u201csoftened the lines\u201d around their eyes in addition to providing immense hydration.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
