The mothership therefore decided to roll out some polls to let everyone know who you guys think will be hanging conference title banners when the 2025 conference championship games have concluded.

Read, enjoy and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

        SBNation

No shocker here as the Bucknuts are the heavy favorite with their 39% easily outdistancing Penn St’s 20%. Our beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers came in 5th with 5%, which, if we’re being honest, is probably more of a testament to our fans ability to show up for internet polls (you know that, @KirkHerbstreit, amirite?), than a widespread belief in a major Huskers leap.

        SBNation

Texas and Georgia finish 1-2 at 31% and 22% respectively and are widely seen at the top two. Both start new quarterbacks and replace four starting offensive linemen, so this may not be the done deal it appears. I’ll give Georgia the edge since QB Gunner Stockton has already been tested in the fires of the SEC title game and the CFP. He also has a name which is just college football as hell.

        SBNation

If fan polls mean anything, then this is the race to follow this season. Damn – the top five are separated by only 4 percentage points. Look out for rage comments from Deion sycophants, ESPN reporters who can’t seem to acknowledge any other programs or coaches or The Hills Have Eyes crowd from Boulder since the React boys failed to include Colorado.

        SBNation

And the opposite of the Big 12 race would be the ACC where Clemson grabbed nearly half the votes.
