Operio Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Declan McLaughlin as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.<\/p>\n
McLaughlin brings leadership experience in operations, growth strategy, and team development. He is known for building structure, scaling teams, and leading with clarity. His approach aligns well with Operio\u2019s long-term direction and goals.<\/p>\n
This leadership transition was initiated by former CEO Alastair Sanderson, who now assumes the roles of Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. The decision reflects Sanderson\u2019s belief in hiring leaders with the experience and capabilities to take the business further.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve always believed in hiring people who are better than me,\u201d said Sanderson. \u201cDeclan\u2019s strengths complement ours and will allow me to focus on areas I\u2019m most passionate about\u2014business development and brand building.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added that McLaughlin\u2019s experience is exactly what the company needs as it grows, calling his contributions critical to the group\u2019s long-term success.<\/p>\n
