CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. —<\/strong> The 2025 Boston College Eagles wrapped up their first week of Training Camp on Sunday morning after taking the field for the fourth time this summer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was the defense that set the tone early in competitive team drills by stopping the run and getting active in the passing lanes. Sedarius McConnell<\/a> isn’t the type of guy who backs down from anyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of practice, offensive lineman Dwayne Allick<\/a> and defensive lineman Sedarius McConnell<\/a> met with the media.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Offensively and defensively, we don’t like to lose against each other. We’re very prideful. We’re going to bring it every day,” said the redshirt senior defensive lineman.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The offense would soon find their groove after a series of tough, hard-nosed runs from a deep running back room. For Eagles’ veteran Dwayne Allick<\/a>, the identity of the team, even through just four Training Camp practices, is clear.<\/p>\n

“The run game has always been a staple of BC\u2026 That’s what we’re built on, physicality,” said the graduate offensive lineman.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After a day off tomorrow, the team returns to the practice fields on Tuesday morning. Practices are closed to the public.\u00a0
