Sam Kim<\/a>\u00a0recently opened up about his hiatus and his struggles in creating music.<\/p>\n

On the June 20 episode of KBS2TV<\/strong>\u2019s ‘The Seasons \u2013 Park Bo Gum\u2019s Cantabile<\/strong>‘ (Episode 15), singer Sam Kim<\/strong> appeared and shared a special connection he has with Park Bo Gum<\/a>. It was revealed that the two first met in 2020 while working on Park Bo Gum\u2019s fan song \u201cAll My Love<\/strong>\u201d, which was released before his military enlistment.<\/p>\n

Park Bo Gum warmly greeted Sam Kim, saying, \u201cI missed you so much. You were one of the guests I really hoped to invite when I started \u2018Cantabile.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Making his first music show appearance in four years, Sam Kim opened up about his hiatus. Sam Kim shared,\u00a0\u201cBecause I love music so much, I started to want more from myself and got overly ambitious. That eventually led to burnout.\u201d He continued, \u201cNow, I feel like my relationship with music has improved a bit, so I\u2019m trying to start again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sam Kim also shared a behind-the-scenes story of their first meeting. He revealed,\u00a0\u201cHyung (Park Bo Gum) came all the way to our company to talk with me. He even played a song he was composing at the time.\u201d He expressed his admiration for Park Bo Gum\u2019s sincerity.<\/p>\n

When Sam Kim asked, \u201cDo you still compose music these days?\u201d, Park Bo Gum responded with a smile, \u201cLately, I\u2019ve been enjoying listening to other people\u2019s music more.\u201d<\/p>\n
