JACKSON, Wyo. \u2014 This big cat found a comfortable spot in the forest to relax.<\/p>\n

Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer caught a glimpse of the lounging mountain lion outside of Teton Valley earlier this week. The lion didn\u2019t seem too bothered, and Sulzer maintained a safe distance from the animal.<\/p>\n

According to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, mountain lions are the most elusive of the large carnivore species in Wyoming. They can be found statewide<\/a> but are rarely seen.<\/p>\n
