Krisztina Crane<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s almost a half a million dollars short of <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/17\/real-estate\/liam-neesons-10-75m-nyc-home-has-found-a-buyer\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the home\u2019s last asking price<\/a> of $10.75 million, with listing broker Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group.<\/p>\n<p>Neeson and Anderson met while starring in this summer\u2019s surprise hit, a reboot of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/30\/entertainment\/the-naked-gun-review-liam-neeson-pamela-anderson-comedy-is-the-biggest-surprise-of-the-year\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Naked Gun<\/a>.\u201d They\u2019re also clearly having a blast promoting the film, and their on- and off-screen chemistry \u2014 while coyly declining to confirm or deny the existence of a romance.<\/p>\n<p>One of Neeson\u2019s sons, Daniel, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/04\/entertainment\/liam-neesons-son-reacts-to-actors-pamela-anderson-romance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">just gave the couple<\/a> his stamp of approval from the audience of Andy Cohen\u2019s \u201cWWHL,\u201d as did Neeson\u2019s former sister-in-law, actor <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/03\/entertainment\/natasha-richardsons-sister-joely-reacts-to-liam-neesons-romance-with-pamela-anderson\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joely Richardson<\/a>, of films like \u201cThe Patriot\u201d and TV series like \u201cNip\/Tuck.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joely\u2019s sister, Natasha \u2014 who was Neeson\u2019s wife \u2014 died in 2009 following a ski accident in Quebec. She starred in \u201cThe Parent Trap.\u201d Both are the daughters of Vanessa Redgrave and Tony Richardson.<\/p>\n<p>Neeson has appeared in more than 100 films, including the Oscar-winning \u201cSchindler\u2019s List,\u201d and \u201cLove Actually.\u201d The couple had assembled this home, which is a combo of three separate units, for around $3.99 million 25 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Even in this hallway, sunlight pours in. The listing first hit the market for $12.75 million last year. <\/p>\n<p>At 4,524 square feet, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence is on the tower\u2019s 28th floor. Past residents in the building have included Howard Stern and Jon Bon Jovi.<\/p>\n<p>The home opens to a foyer that leads to a corner great room, with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase Central Park. There\u2019s also a large eat-in chef\u2019s kitchen with a pantry, an adjacent corner family room and a large dining area \u2014 as well as custom built-ins and window treatments. The main bedroom suite has park views, two spa-like baths, a home office\/library and a gym.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not clear if Neeson plans to stay in New York City. He also owns a 37-acre property in Millbrook, in upstate New York, that he bought in 1994, as well as property in Dublin and in his native Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>Anderson, a \u201990s icon who was married five times and shares two kids with ex-husband Tommy Lee, sold her Malibu Colony Beach House for $11.8 million in 2021 and moved back to her native Canada, \u201cto disappear\u201d after living in Marseilles, France, for two years. <\/p>\n<p>On Vancouver Island, she bought her family\u2019s home, Arcady, and worked on \u201cgetting her life back,\u201d with gardening as a metaphor to help her understand her life choices while donating from her delicious garden to \u201cfood banks, soup kitchens, churches, neighbors, and family and friends.\u201d <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Never say never!
