Christie Brinkley and her look-alike youngest daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook<\/a>, attract the same men despite their 44-year age difference.<\/p>\n

The 71-year-old supermodel revealed that her 27-year-old daughter once put her on dating app for an hour without her knowing \u2014 and to both their surprise, they had mutual matches.<\/p>\n

The tidbit came out during Brinkley\u2019s discussion with Kristin Davis\u00a0on the\u00a0\u201cAre You A Charlotte?\u201d\u00a0podcast<\/a>. Davis noted that there was an \u201cextreme dichotomy\u201d between men and women over 50 when it comes to dating, sharing that the men won\u2019t date women their own age, even though the women are beautiful and accomplished.<\/p>\n

The supermodel, who has three children \u2014 Jack, Alexa and Sailor (pictured here) \u2014 said she and Sailor matched with the same men despite their 44-year age difference, alexarayjoel\/Instagram<\/p>\n

In response, Brinkley \u2014 who\u2019s currently not on any dating apps \u2014 shared the result of Sailor\u2019s \u201cmischievous\u201d experiment on the unnamed platform.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe wanted to see what kind of guys [would match] \u2026 and she put me up there \u2026 and she said, \u2018Mom, you\u2019re right not to go on it, because the same guys that said yes to me, are saying yes to you,’\u201d Brinkley said.<\/p>\n

Davis reacted with shock and delight.<\/p>\n

\u201cWow!\u201d the \u201cSex and the City\u201d alum responded in disbelief. \u201cSmart Sailor, that is a really fascinating little experiment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brinkley is a mom to three children: Alexa, 39, whom she shares with ex-husband Billy Joel; son Jack, 30, whom she shares with ex-husband Richard Taubman; and daughter Sailor, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Cook.<\/p>\n

The iconic model has been married four times \u2014 Francois Allaux from 1973 to 1981, Joel from 1985 to 1994, Taubman from 1994 to 1995 and Cook from 1996 to 2008.<\/p>\n

Cook adopted Brinkley\u2019s son, Jack, whom she shares with her third ex-husband, Richard Taubman. FilmMagic<\/p>\n

In her recent memoir, \u201cUptown Girl,\u201d<\/a> Brinkley recalled feeling devastated after finding out Cook had been unfaithful<\/a>. She recalled the moment when a Hamptons cop told her that her \u201carrogant husband\u201d was having an affair with his teenage daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen your whole world falls apart and you realize in a heartbeat you\u2019ve suddenly become the clich\u00e9 middle-aged woman whose husband is having an affair with a much (much) younger woman, what do you do?\u201d the actress wrote in her book, which was released on April 29.<\/p>\n
