The two occupants were rushed to a nearby trauma center with what police described as \u201cmoderate\u201d injuries. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Another driver crashed as well due to the debris from the initial accident, but police said he was not injured. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\"><b>SUGGESTED:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/news\/local\/2025\/08\/05\/woman-kidnapped-while-waiting-for-uber-escapes-accused-kidnapper-arrested\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/news\/local\/2025\/08\/05\/woman-kidnapped-while-waiting-for-uber-escapes-accused-kidnapper-arrested\/\">Woman kidnapped while waiting for Uber escapes, accused kidnapper arrested<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The wrong-way driver, meanwhile, has not been identified, as of this writing, but was last said to be detained by investigators.
