ONSLOW COUNTY, NC \u2014 A 24-year-old woman from Jacksonville is facing serious charges after allegedly crashing her vehicle into her ex-husband’s car while her children were in the vehicle with her. <\/p>\n
Sharon Leslie was arrested on Monday, August 4 by deputies with the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, according to warrants. <\/p>\n
Leslie is charged with multiple offenses, including three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of misdemeanor child abuse, and a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. According to online records, Leslie intentionally drove her vehicle into her ex-husband’s car while he was driving.<\/p>\n
The warrants reveal that Leslie had two children, both under the age of 16 in her vehicle at the time of the crash. <\/p>\n
