Brooke Hogan finally shares the real story behind the estate rumors.<\/p>\n

Brooke explains why she distanced herself from her father Hulk Hogan\u2019s affairs, the fear that drove her decision,\u2026 pic.twitter.com\/DmIDTO7xXP<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Bubba The Love Sponge\u00ae\ufe0f (@TheBubbaArmy) August 5, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Hulk, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died at the age of 71 on July 24<\/a> after a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Fla.<\/p>\n Brooke, 37, said she took herself off the will to avoid potential conflicts with other family members, including her mother, Linda Hogan, and Hulk\u2019s third wife, Sky Daily. <\/p>\n Brooke expressed concern because Linda \u201chas been known to kind of find herself in the mix with things like that,\u201d and because she had heard that Daily was a Scientologist, and knew the organization had \u201cpowerful backing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018I don\u2019t want to fight Linda, I don\u2019t want to find Scientology, I don\u2019t want somebody that I love to get knocked off, I don\u2019t know how deep this stuff goes,\u2019\u201d Brooke said. \u201cIt scared me, and I just said, \u2018I want out.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n She did qualify that remark by saying she had \u201cno problem\u201d with Daily, who she said was always nice to her.<\/p>\n She then added that she hopes her father would have trusted her with his intellectual property and trademarks, because she \u201cwould have done the right thing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI would have made him an Elvis legacy, or a Marilyn Monroe legacy, or a Selena [Quintanilla-Perez] legacy,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I hope that whoever has his marks does that. I just know that the people around him are pretty shady and not in his best interest.\u201d<\/p>\n Brooke was not in attendance at Hogan\u2019s 2023 wedding with Daily, and TMZ reported<\/a> that Brooke and Hulk had their last conversation two weeks before the wedding.<\/p>\n In an Instagram post last week, Brooke honored her father in a post that said: \u201cYou were my everything and I will always be your daughter \u2013 for all the love, light and goodness you brought into this world.\u201d<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t![\"Hulk](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/2006-concert-madison-square-garden-108666777.jpg\")
