My dad always told me, \u2018You\u2019re always going to be judged by your consistency, not your position of power.\u2019 He always told me, \u2018You\u2019re reliable and you\u2019re consistent.\u2019 He said people will always come.<\/p>\n \u201cYou know, my dad used to say, \u2018Ain\u2019t no shortcuts. You can\u2019t press no keypad and just get there, no shortcuts.\u2019 My dad preached punching it right in the face. He said, \u2018Ain\u2019t no way around it. There is no way around hard work or being whatever you want to be. You gotta punch it right in the face.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
