Brooke Hogan is pushing back against people in Hulk Hogan\u2019s camp who are spinning negative narratives about her that \u201care so false it\u2019s laughable,\u201d going as far as to threaten legal action if it doesn\u2019t stop.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The oldest child of the wrestling icon spoke with \u201cTMZ Live\u201d on Wednesday<\/a>, using the roughly 20-minute interview to set the record straight about stories \u2014 which she said are coming from people who were around Hulk \u2014 that are related to her returning unopened gifts, ghosting him and skipping his funeral.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cWhoever is spinning this negative narrative about me trying to get ahead or discredit me or whatever they\u2019re trying to do \u2014 what I\u2019ve been hearing, it\u2019s so false it\u2019s laughable. It\u2019s making me mad,\u201d Brooke said. \u201cIt only tells me that their golden goose is gone. I relied on my father for nothing financially. I have my own job, my husband has a job, we do not have any money coming in from my father<\/a> since I was 18 years old. Everybody else relied on him for a paycheck, and now that golden goose is gone. So I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m their emotional, guilty punching bag, or if they are afraid of what I know \u2014 because I know a lot that I don\u2019t talk about. I know a lot. My dad sent flowers, that was his thing. Nick and Tana [her brother and her brother\u2019s wife] sent us beautiful little baby gifts when our kids were born. They had our address. No gifts came here. No flowers came here, and you can\u2019t return flowers.\u201d<\/p>\n Brooke also shot down a published report that Hulk \u201cbegged her for forgiveness,\u201d saying that the two had \u201cmultiple conversations\u201d where he apologized to her, though \u201che never specifically said for what.\u201d<\/p>\n
