(Getty Images\/Jetta Productions Inc.)(Getty Images\/Jetta Productions Inc.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"WLXTEHNFYRHUXP2G533Q5K65UA\">STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. \u2014 A Staten Island man who works as a field inspector for the New York City Housing Authority was arrested on Monday, charged with stealing time from the city, according to Jocelyn E. Strauber, commissioner of the New York City Department of Investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"ZJZPNNZYRNDTVOPLOH7UO56ITY\">Nabil Ibrahim, 56, is charged with grand larceny in the third degree, and 16 counts each of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree and falsifying business records in the first degree.
