\n\tDean Cain<\/a> says he\u2019s joining ICE.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring an appearance on Fox News\u2019 \u201cJesse Watters Primetime\u201d<\/a> on Wednesday, the former \u201cLois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman\u201d star explained that he spoke to the officials over at the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement and will be joining their ranks \u201cASAP.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe told Watters, \u201cI put out a recruitment video yesterday, I\u2019m actually a sworn deputy sheriff and a reserve police office, I wasn\u2019t part of ICE, but once I put that out there and you put a little blurb on your show, it went crazy. So now I\u2019ve spoken with some officials over at ICE, and I will be sworn in as an ICE agent, ASAP.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhen asked what motivated him to join the organization, Cain said that America is a country \u201cbuilt on patriots stepping up, whether it was popular or not,\u201d and that joining ICE was \u201cthe right thing\u201d to do.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe have a broken immigration system,\u201d he added. \u201cCongress needs to fix it, but in the interim, President Trump ran on this. He is delivering on this. This is what people voted for. It\u2019s what I voted for, and he\u2019s going to see it through, and I\u2019ll do my part and help make sure it happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn his profile with Variety<\/a>, Cain was vocal about his conservative values and his support of Donald Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI love President Trump. I\u2019ve been friends with him forever,\u201d Cain said. \u201cTrump is actually one of the most empathetic, wonderful, generous people you\u2019ll ever meet.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a separate chat with TMZ<\/a>, Cain dished about James Gunn saying that the Man of Steel is an \u201cimmigrant.\u201d Cain said that Superman has always stood for \u201ctruth, justice and the American way,\u201d adding that \u201cthe \u2018American way’\u201d is \u201ctremendously immigrant-friendly.\u201d However, he maintained that \u201cthere are rules\u201d to immigration in the United States that must be followed.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou can\u2019t come in saying, \u2018I want to get rid of all the rules in America, because I want it to be more like Somalia,\u2019\u201d Cain said. \u201cWell that doesn\u2019t work, because you had to leave Somalia to come here\u2026 There have to be limits, because we cant have everybody in the United States.
