Those numbers originate from Mike Sansoni, the club\u2019s new head of data, who joined after 11 years working inside Formula One with Mercedes<\/a>. He arrived in May and is now among the senior figures at the club.<\/p>\n

In Mbeumo and Cunha, the signings prioritised by CEO Omar Berrada<\/a>, director of football Jason Wilcox, head of recruitment Christopher Vivell and negotiations chief Matt Hargreaves, United feel as if they recruited two of the top Premier League<\/a> players available for reasonable wages.<\/p>\n

The leadership team dismissed the idea that they would solely play as the \u2018inside 10s\u2019 in Amorim\u2019s 3-4-3 formation. Instead, their versatility across the frontline has been pointed out as a strength.<\/p>\n

His pleas have been heard and answered, through the signings of Mbeumo, Cunha and the imminent arrival of Sesko.<\/p>\n
