The center is free to the public<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SpaceX plans a doubleheader launch on June 25, starting with the delayed Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4) crewed mission.<\/li>\n<li>Ax-4 will launch no earlier than 2:31 a.m. EST on June 25, sending four astronauts to the ISS.<\/li>\n<li>Later that day, a SpaceX Starlink mission is planned between 12:33 p.m. and 5:03 p.m. EST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those waiting for a rocket launch are in for a treat, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridatoday.com\/story\/tech\/science\/space\/2025\/06\/23\/spacex-starlink-ula-amazon-project-kuiper-satellites-launch-during-same-morning-at-cape-canaveral\/84284518007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">as SpaceX is planning <\/a>a doubleheader launch day on June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Up first is the long delayed Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4). The crewed mission was delayed multiple times recently due to weather, rocket issues, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridatoday.com\/story\/tech\/science\/space\/2025\/06\/20\/what-we-know-axiom-crew-ax-4-launch-delayed-spacex-launch-in-florida-canaveral-on-sunday\/84283884007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">and a leak on the International Space Station (ISS).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The crew of four will launch in a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket no earlier than 2:31 a.m. Wednesday. Axiom Space is working with NASA to create a space station, referred to as Axiom Station, which will attach to the current ISS before its planned 2030 decommission. There is currently no set launch date <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axiomspace.com\/axiom-station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">for Axiom Station.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The crew is international. Joining Whitson are Shubhanshu Shukla from India, S\u0142awosz Uzna\u0144ski-Wi\u015bniewski from Poland, and Tibor Kapu from Hungary. These three astronauts will bring a return to spaceflight for their respective countries. In over 40 years, these countries have not had a government sponsored astronaut.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX Starlink rocket launch in Florida later in the day<\/p>\n<p>Should the Ax-4 crew lift off on time, it will not the be only rocket launch of the day.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX has yet to confirm, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridatoday.com\/story\/tech\/science\/space\/2025\/06\/21\/spacex-launch-day-heres-information-on-june-22-starlink-rocket-launch-from-cape-canaveral-florida\/84284152007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">but navigational warnings indicate a Starlink launch <\/a>occurring between 12:33 p.m. and 5:03 p.m. Wednesday from Launch Complex 40 at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridatoday.com\/story\/tech\/science\/space\/2025\/06\/21\/amazon-project-kuiper-launch-rescheduled-after-ula-atlas-v-engine-issue-at-cape-canaveral-florida\/84297862007\/?tbref=hp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Cape Canaveral Space Force Station<\/a>.
