In the early months of this season, Cooper said members of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/nhl\/team\/penguins\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Penguins<\/a> development staff, including director of player development Tom Kostopouloss and skills consultant Andrew Fritsch have been in town \u201ca lot \u2014 monthly, if not biweekly\u201d to take him to dinner and get out on the ice with him.
