In November, Clarkson was awarded primary physical custody<\/a> of their two children, with court documents at the time revealing \u201cthe level of conflict between the parents [had] increased\u201d and that they had \u201ca difficult time co-parenting due to issues of trust between them.\u201d<\/p>\n Clarkson was later ordered to pay her ex around $150,000\u00a0per month in spousal support, but soon launched a bombshell lawsuit accusing Blackstock of overcharging her and unlawfully procuring business deals as her talent manager.<\/p>\n The scathing lawsuit claimed Blackstock told her she wasn\u2019t \u201csexy\u201d enough<\/a> to be a judge on The Voice.
