We have five new restaurants in this roundup including pizza, barbecue, and fine dining.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s where to eat in Fort Worth this month:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hideawaypizza.com\/locations\/alliance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hideaway Pizza<\/a><br \/>Venerable pizza chain from Oklahoma is opening its first location in Fort Worth in the Alliance area. Founded in 1957, Hideaway is known for its pizza and fun, irreverent spirit; for example, employees wear tie-dye shirts. Pizzas include chicken Florentine with alfredo sauce, and a veggie with spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomato, and garlic. They also offer salads, sandwiches, pastas, and a full bar, with beer served in frosty mugs. This is the third <a href=\"https:\/\/dallas.culturemap.com\/news\/restaurants-bars\/pizza-opening-hideaway-mckinney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">location<\/a> in DFW joining Plano and McKinney.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.humpsbbq.com\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hump&#8217;s BBQ<br \/><\/a>Barbecue restaurant with a Cajun influence <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworth.culturemap.com\/news\/restaurants-bars\/humps-bbq-arlington-pantego\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">opened<\/a> in the former Jambo\u2019s Barbecue Shack at 2503 W. Pioneer Pkwy. in Pantego in June. The menu includes brisket, pulled pork, beef and lamb sausage, and smoked turkey legs, sold by the half pound or pound or as a sandwich. There&#8217;s also a Southern side to the menu with wings, fried catfish, and loaded baked potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/themontfw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Mont <\/a><br \/>Much-anticipated restaurant featuring elevated American food from the owner of Cousin\u2019s BBQ just <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworth.culturemap.com\/news\/restaurants-bars\/the-mont-cousins-bbq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">opened<\/a> on the west side of Fort Worth. A menu created by executive chef Michael Duff (Eddie V\u2019s) features oysters, ceviche, lobster hush puppies, Wagyu beef strip au poivre, pastas, and a fancy array of steaks including ribeye, New York strip, and Wagyu Tomahawk. Cocktails like the Freezer Martini draw inspiration from mid-century recipes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/polancodfw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Polanco Fine Cuisine<\/a><br \/>Mexican fine-dining restaurant is now open at The Tower in downtown Fort Worth. Leading the concept is Azteca Concepts, a hospitality group behind Mexican restaurant and speakeasy Bocado in Dallas. The menu includes cowboy ribeye, seafood tacos, pastor tacos, ceviche, tuna sandia, and broccoli pistache.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/robertostacoshop.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Roberto\u2019s Taco Shop<\/a><br \/>A Southern California taco favorite recently <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworth.culturemap.com\/news\/restaurants-bars\/robertos-taco-shop-bedford\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">expanded<\/a> to DFW with a Bedford location at 2902 Hwy. 121 in an old Burger Street. The chain, founded in San Diego in 1964, has three other locations in Texas including two in Lubbock and one in Waco. Roberto\u2019s serves up fast casual Mexican items including soft and crispy tacos, rolled tacos, breakfast burritos, tortas, chimichangas, and churros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thesparkindiannepalicusine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Spark Indian and Nepali Cuisine<br \/><\/a>Spicy restaurant serving a <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworth.culturemap.com\/news\/restaurants-bars\/spark-indian-north-richland-hills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">blend<\/a> of Indian and Nepalese food in North Richland Hills from a veteran restaurant team who also own an Indian and Nepali restaurant in Keller called Aroma Bar and Grill. They have a huge menu with curries, deep-fried cauliflower, butter chicken, and veg vindaloo.
